Our team is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to support our Clients in our Leesburg, FL branch office. This position can be worked REMOTELY but must have a Property Casualty license. Highly prefer people with recent FL market experience. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with local business Owners across many different industries, and provide them with an outstanding level of customer service. Below are some of the responsibilities that this role will have regularly:Bind coverage with required documents/forms and paymentsManage an existing book of business, and focus on rounding out accountsHandling policy renewals, and quoting activitiesManage all activities and workload in agency management system (Applied Epic)Review policies for accuracyCommunicate regularly and directly with clients and underwritersSend out forms to clients that need to be reviewed and then collect paymentAssist clients with requests for Certificates of InsuranceHandle claim calls from clients, and then report claims to the appropriate carrierFollow up with clients and adjusters during claims processAnswer incoming calls from clients with general policy questionsProcess payments from clientsAssist with quoting activities The PersonOur ideal candidate for this position will need to be a highly organized person who enjoys working in a very fast-paced environment. You must also enjoy working with details, and be extremely accurate with your work. Most importantly you must love providing a very high-level of customer service both externally to clients and carries, and internally to your fellow colleagues. Below are some proven skill sets, behaviors and personality traits that we look for in a successful Commercial Account Manager:MUST have an active 220 Agents Insurance license within the State of Florida to work remote.
